When you join Maxcast™, we collect your name and email address. On some Maxcast™ webpages you can order products, make requests and register to receive materials. Address Book and email Addresses
Company will not sell or give away these names or addresses to third parties except that Company will provide the email address of Members posting pay per view video content to anyone who pays to view such content.
Survey & Contests
Company may sometimes conduct surveys or contests. If you answer a survey or enter a contest, you may be asked for additional information. Before we ask you for personal information, we will explain how we use the information. We will not share your personal information with anyone without your consent, but may use or report Aggregate Statistics of respondents.
Correct/Update
We allow you to change and modify information previously provided to us. You may do this by using the online update process under the "My Account" tab at the top right once you have logged in.
Security
The Site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We follow generally accepted procedures to back up data stored on our servers, and provide files secured by password protection as deterrents to invasions of privacy by casual users.
Children's Guidelines
The Site allow for users to provide both online and personally identifiable offline contact information from children without prior parental consent or parental notification. This site gives children the ability to publicly post or distribute personally identifiable contact information without prior parental consent. Parents can request to review or delete their child's personal information by contacting Company directly at support@maxcast.com.
Choice/Opt-Out
We provide users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from Company and our partners via an unsubscribe mechanism in all email communication.
